"I realized there is no typical career path if you're in a company that enables people to move to different departments to develop new skills."

What have been the most defining moments along your career path?

I realized there is no typical career path if you're in a company that enables people to move to different departments to develop new skills. People can have freedom to decide for themselves and move within the company. That was a big realization for me.

How did you get your big breaks?

A headhunter helped me.

What was the best advice you received when you were first starting out in your career?

Really listen. Nothing is more annoying than someone who pretends to hear what you're saying.

What have you learned from your experience?

An entry level person must be motivated and ready to learn. Communication skills are necessary.

What most excites you about your job right now?

I work in three different locations. There is opportunity to travel if you're motivated and express interest in it. I think the people and the support are the best parts. And there's a lot of opportunity to move up within the company.
