"It's very difficult woking with the public but I love being able to make a positive impact on people when things don't go right."

As children, we're all asked the question "What do you want to be when you grow up?" How did you answer?

I have always wanted to work for an Airline.?When I finished High School, I had taken a course in the Travel Industry field which led me to a job opportunity at United Airlines.

What have been the most defining moments along your career path?

I would have to say it has been the people I'v worked with that have given me the opportunity to advance with in the company and to try differant jobs.

How did you get your big breaks?

When I was attending school, they had a job placement office which led me to interview for United.

What was the best advice you received when you were first starting out in your career?

Use the interview process to be your interview with them, was this a company that you could work for, and is this person(s) someone you would want to work for.

What have you learned from your experience?

That each job that I have had with United helped me become a better person. I am always able to learn and grow with each job, and each job helps you become more competive for the next job.

What most excites you about your job right now?

The daily interaction with people. It's very difficult woking with the public but I love being able to make a positive impact on people when things don't go right.
